Faculty generate ideas. Enrollment Management and Marketing conduct labor market and enrollment feasibility analysis. - Curriculum & Feasibility Development
Faculty design curriculum. Academic Operations, Advising, and others provide input on feasibility, costs, and student success. - College Approvals
Review and approval by Department, College Curriculum Committee, and Collegial Assembly. - University Approvals
Proposal submitted to the Office of the Provost, with reviews, a 10-day comment period, and approval by the Board of Trustees. - Implementation Planning
Updates to Bulletin, websites, admissions systems, marketing materials, and student support plans. - Program Launch
Application opens. Students can enroll in the new or revised program.
Total Estimated Timeline: 12–24 months from ideation to launch (longer if externally driven).
